**Orders are sent on a Monday and Thursday** 

RETURNS 

Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase. Goods must be received in the same condition they were sent. A refund will be given once the items are received.

FREE UK SHIPPING

While Free Shipping applies to most of our product there are a few exceptions. Wool, surfaces & Event packs for example. You will be able to calculate the shipping charge at checkout before finalising your purchase.

 

UK ORDERS

We currently Ship on a Monday & Thursday. Unless that Monday is a Bank Holiday at which point the orders will be dispatched on the Tuesday.

Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday and Thursday are generally shipped same day via Royal Mail or they will be sent on the next posting day.

All orders are sent 1st class and should arrive within 1-3 working days. However, please allow up to an additional 10 working days. After which the package can be considered lost at this point please contact us. 

If packaged exceed the normal carrier weight for royal mail then your order will be sent via courier. If your package is over 2Kg in weight please contact us for a courier cost. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Orders placed before 2pm on a Monday and Thursday are generally shipped same day via Royal Mail or they will be sent on the next posting day.

All orders are shipped on a fully tracked service

Normal delivery is 7-10 working days. However, please allow a further 25 working days (35 working days from date of dispatch). After which the package can be considered lost. At this point please contact us.
