I thought it would be useful to have a weights & measures reference page just in case you want a quick reminder 

Weights etc are based on our wool and are approximate.

I do recommend a pocket scale which I have found to be invaluable. These can be found on ebay and there are a few different types.   POCKET SCALE LINK
