I simply love early spring as it means I can get out and start foraging for some wild garlic. 

In this episode I am going to share how I create some amazing wild garlic butter which I include in my hampers at Christmas. It is a truly joyous thing to go out and forage for some tasty treat to share with friends. But there are some guidelines to ensure you harvest responsibly.
