Jam Making - Episode 6

So we are half way through the year and well into summer, but that doesn't stop me from making some goodies towards my gift baskets at the end of the year. 

.. and just between you and me I love having a jar of homemade jam on had to give as a little thank you gift. You will be surprised at the warming reactions you get when you gift someone a jar of homemade jam ... oh and make extras .. as soon as your family and friends taste your amazing jam they wont want store bought again!
