Festive Mince - Episode 7
This festive mince is going to have your family and friends coming back over and over.. so a word of warning ...once you start making this your nearest and dearest are going to expect it every year! lol
This is a very simple recipe and is bursting with boozy loveliness. You can tweak the recipe to suit you but this is a very good all rounder. Super easy to make but you are going to want to make it around 4 months in advance to all it to mature.
One final note is to ensure that your jars are thoroughly sterilised and cooled as this is a cold prep there is no heat in the jar or the ingredients to ensure sterilisation (this is VERY important)
